Comprehensive breastfeeding assessment including detailed history and goals. Provides assistance with common lactation concerns including how to increase breast milk supply, sore nipples, and pumping. Care plan with detailed recommendations is developed. Follow-up appointment included*.
*Free virtual follow-up appointment with the lactation consultant within 1 week of completed breastfeeding assessment.
Virtual Nutrition Consultations
for Pregnacy, Postpartum, General Health and Wellness, Kids and Families
Discussion and review of current dietary intake with nutritional guidances based on personal goals and dietary requirements. Clients will receive a sample meal plan with dietary recommendations (30-45 min).
Detailed dietary assessment and nutritional counseling. Clients will work with the dietitian to develop an individualized menu plan and implement realistic change goals to meet their specific nutrient needs (1-1.5 hr).
